Iā€™m Dom Marsh.

In 2000, my friend Gary and I took on the challenge of rowing across the Atlantic. After 63 days at sea we had conquered the 3,200-mile journey from Tenerife to Barbados in our trusty boat, Onward, fueled mainly by freeze-dried food.

As passionate cooks, Gary and I knew freeze-dried meals could be so much better. For the next 20 years, I tinkered with dehydration and freeze-drying, driven by the dream of creating lightweight, delicious meals to be enjoyed anywhere, any time. During the CV-19 lockdowns, my freeze-dried food packs became a lifeline for travelers.
